| Minimum Order: |
$50.00 minimum or $10.00 less-than-minimum fee on orders.

| Sales Tax: |
All orders shipped to a Texas address will be taxed unless proof of exemption has been filed with us.

| Shipping: |
Standard shipping is through UPS ground. Palletized orders are sent via freight truck. Some items may be available for same day shipping. Shipping time on non-stock items is 1-2 weeks. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and zip code and will be included on the final invoice.

| Payment Options: |
All orders for non-established customers must be paid by MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit cards. Other payment arrangements can be made by calling or emailing our customer service department.

| New NBS Accounts: |
Obtaining a NBS account is a 15-30 day process and includes completing a credit application. Until approval, all orders must be paid by credit card. Please call to have a credit application faxed to you.

| Returns: |
Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment with prior approval. All returns must have a Return Authorization number issued by a NBS sales representative. A 15-25% restocking fee may apply. Custom orders are final and cannot be returned.

| Custom Orders: |
An NBS sales representative will be happy to assist you with custom orders. A down payment of ½ is required on custom orders for non-established customers. Manufacturing time is usually 2 - 6 weeks, depending on product, beginning after the approval of the artwork, if imprinted, by the customer. All Custom orders are final and cannot be returned.
